Insight started as nothing more than a dream shared by founders Richard Collins, Nick White, and Gerry Kassab. All three were driven by the frustrations of the clients they worked so closely with, who were tired of transactional recruitment, hard selling techniques, short-term profit strategies, and high consultant turnover.
Convinced there was a better way, the trio founded IEG, determined to offer a service radically different from the existing standard that characterised mass corporate recruitment. Initially utilising our position within the Green & Kassab group, and working with the integrity of an established and respected management consultancy, we quickly established ourselves as an independent and thoroughly unique executive search provider and market leader.
Fast-forward a couple of years and Insight has flourished. The dream of a more collaborative, client-focused, and diverse approach to recruitment has become a global reality. Our extensive and highly satisfied client base is a testament to the effectiveness of IEG’s unique blend of ethical, service-based recruitment, and management consultancy practices. We’ve worked hard to develop our own signature way of working; our ‘Trust-Centric’ recruitment style relies on the Relationships Method of discovering candidates via Referrals, References and Networking.
What’s in a name?
The Insight name means more to us than a line on a business card. Right from the start, our intention was to create a new way of recruiting, rooted in deep and intelligent meaning. We chose our brand name with care, ensuring it represented our core goals and values…

At Insight, we’re ‘people’ people.
We put our recruitment skills to the test in our own business and have been steadily building a core team of talented experts. Their main specialities include Corporate Real Estate Services, FM in Healthcare & Education, and Procurement. We hire the same way we source candidates for our clients: taking care to understand the character behind the CV.
