The team at GK Recruit HQ all loved this short video! Office workers spend a lot of time at computers and laptops. We get so engrossed in work that we forget about how we are sitting, despite knowing it’s not great for our posture.
In many offices, workstations are assessed by occupational health to try to ensure staff are sitting correctly with the screen at the right height. However, in the modern age of hot-desking, working from home and working on the go on the train or bus, the workstation assessment is impossible!
