I am delighted to announce that Andrew Pyman will be joining Insight Executive Group. Working initially as an Associate, Andrew will continue the growth of our Procurement and Commercial Management division.
Andrew is a close former colleague of mine with 10 years of recruitment experience and is an expert in private sector procurement interims.. Andrew will be primarily focusing on the Construction, FM and Utility sector markets. These sectors enhance our core public sector offering and mirrors the expansion that we have seen in our property, FM and construction division.
Our approach on growth is simple – bring trusted and experienced people together and empower them to deliver.
We pride ourselves on working strategically not autocratically. We share knowledge, support each other and create completely flexible working arrangements to suit personal situations. This, we believe will bring the best recruiters to work with Insight Executive Group and will ensure that our brand as a trusted, sales-free, objective business partner continues.

I am particularly looking forward to embracing IEG’s flexible working approach; getting a work-life balance whilst growing the business in a mature and focused manner. My wife is pleased that I can now manage the school run, although my kids are wondering why I now get to stay at home all day chatting on the phone!”
