Insight executive Group is delighted to announce that Rob Parker, previously Associate Director – Public Sector Property & FM Recruitment, has been promoted to Director – Public Sector Property & FM Recruitment.  

Having joined Rich, Nick, and Andrew shortly after the company was founded in 2015, Rob is one of our longest serving members at IEG. He brought with him a wealth of experience within Property and Facilities Management recruitmentas well as skilful business development leadership. Rob joined the (then small) team at IEG to work within an environment where he would be given the tools to establish his desk, expand his network and develop his own winning team.  

During his time at Insight Executive Group, Rob has been awarded three promotions in just five years and increased his team’s revenue by between an impressive 30-50% year on year between 2016 – 2020. He has established a highly skilled and successful team who have carved out an exceptionally talented network within the public sector property & FM market for interim, permanent, and consultancy contracts.

This promotion is a reflection of Rob’s commitment to his work and his team, coupled with his dedication to continuous professional development. Rob leads from the front, listens well, and develops his team with passion, flare and fun with the full business picture in mind. With a marketing career that spans consumer lifestyle and B2B publishing, Jules changed direction in 2012. She switched roles to become a marketing contractor with the aim of working more flexibly. Before working with Insight, Jules’ recent contracts have seen her successfully launch new products and platforms for the recruitment division at TES Global. As well as rolling out campaigns at Transport for London such as “Please offer me a seat” and “Travel Kind”.
