Insight Executive Group was inspired by a shared vision of founders Richard Collins and Nick White. They both recognised and understood the frustrations of clients who were tired of transactional recruitment, hard selling techniques, short-term profit strategies, and high consultant turnover, to create a better way of recruiting.
The “Insight Executive Group” name means more to us than a line on a business card. Our intention was to create a new way of recruiting, rooted in meaning. We chose our brand name with care, ensuring it represented our goals and values.
