As an Executive Search customer you will receive a consultative, discrete, and dedicated approach, which allows your recruiter to comprehensively cover the market in order to uncover the individual with the right combination of talent, passion, and exceptional skills for your specific role.

We follow a set route during the process, which will be clearly mapped for you at the start. You will receive regular updates and be consulted at every stage of the journey. This will enable you to manage upwards while having the reassurance that a well-maintained recruitment campaign is underway.

You will also have peace of mind that there will be no escalating costs associated with your Executive Search, as the fee remains fixed. You will pay a portion of this upfront, followed by an additional deposit when your short-list is finished, another at the interview stage, and a final payment of the outstanding amount on completion. As a results-driven service, your completion fee will be the largest of these payment, ensuring you are completely satisfied with the outcome.

An Executive Search involves several stages:

  1. An Initial Exploration to determine your requirements.
  2. A Long List of candidates along with a further discussion of your needs.
  3. Candidate Evaluation, including a thorough referencing process which relies on our trusted network of contacts.
  4. A Short List for your consideration.
  5. Interviews followed by the selection of your perfect candidate.
  6. The Offer is made to your chosen candidate who, following negotiations and contract signature, resigns from any existing role.
  7. Results Analysis, which assesses the success of your recruiting campaign.
  8. A Review Period, which usually lasts between 60 and 90 days.
