Adding to our growing list of exclusive multi-role campaigns, Insight Executive Group is excited to announce an FM and Property retained search collaboration with Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH).
The campaign, which has launched this week, will be releasing 29 key positions for OUH within the Capital Development & Property team and Operational Estates & Facilities management team. To take a look at the full list of opportunities and their application dates, please click here.
Recruitment for these roles will occur in stages with each appointment playing an essential role in supporting OUH to enact its values and achieve its vision to deliver and develop excellence and value in patient care, teaching, and research within a culture of compassion and integrity.
The Capital Development & Property team is vital to the enhancement of the built environment for patients, staff, and visitors by offering an extensive array of design, development, and professional services. The Operational Estates and Facilities team is responsible for the management of the retained estate, and collectively, they ensure that the operational aspects of the facilities, including maintenance and day-to-day operations, effectively support the smooth running of the estate.
OUH is one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in England. It encompasses four primary hospitals: The John Radcliffe, The Churchill, and The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre located in Oxford, and The Horton General Hospital in Banbury. OUH and its academic partners hold prominent positions as global pioneers in clinical and medical research. A significant portion of this ground-breaking research originates in the Trust’s hospitals, necessitating the construction of new buildings or the redesign of existing spaces. The Capital Development & Property and Operational Estates & Facilities Management teams play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful integration of these advancements. As a result, these roles are highly desirable and stacked with opportunities for progression and development whilst at the cutting edge of advancements within the NHS.
“Our vision for quality is to be recognised as one of the UK’s highest quality healthcare providers. All our clinical services will provide high-quality healthcare; some will provide care that is internationally outstanding.”
On top of this, the population of Oxfordshire is experiencing rapid growth, leading to an increased number of patients with increasingly complex medical requirements seeking care. Consequently, these roles represent a fantastic opportunity to play key role in the development of a leading healthcare system in a progressive and forward-thinking organisation serving a burgeoning county.
To find out more about the various opportunities to join the OUH team, and truly make a difference to so many lives, please take a look at the opportunities page on our dedicated microsite. Please take note of the application dates when applying for any of the roles via the application page.
