There is a preconception that recruitment is a job for young graduates. Pay them poorly, work them hard, hammer the KPIs until they burn out and leave for another career. And then repeat with a group of new recruits. It’s a stopgap job.

Insight was created upon the opposite of these ideas. Our new Procurement & Commercial Management consultant, Joe Warne, is testament to this.

High turnover of staff and teams of people who don’t care about their work aren’t conducive to this. Joe could notice this right from the off:
