“Insight Doesn’t Feel Like a Steppingstone for Anyone” – Joe Warne joins Insight as Perm Procurement Specialist
There is a preconception that recruitment is a job for young graduates. Pay them poorly, work them hard, hammer the KPIs until they burn out and leave for another career. And then repeat with a group of new recruits. It’s a stopgap job.
Insight was created upon the opposite of these ideas. Our new Procurement & Commercial Management consultant, Joe Warne, is testament to this.

This means even more when you take into account Joe’s experience and background. He has spent 11 years working across and managing multiple departments and divisions for an insurance firm. As a result knows what it takes to build a positive and prosperous working environment.
IEG was founded on the principle of fostering long term relationships and acting as a trusted partner. Taking a consultative approach to fulfilling requirements. High turnover of staff and teams of people who don’t care about their work aren’t conducive to this. Joe could notice this right from the off:
