This is a varied and influential role within KFM’s Corporate & Capital Procurement team, supporting the estates, facilities and capital projects that underpin daily hospital life. You will take a senior lead across a broad portfolio covering areas such as capital works, backlog maintenance, estates safety, reactive maintenance, hard and soft FM, and major service contracts. Current projects include a new £18 million hotel services contract and multi-million-pound minor works and reactive maintenance programmes, with opportunities to shape new lotting structures, reduce supplier risk and deliver better value for the Trust. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, strong stakeholder relationships and procurement that makes a practical difference every day.
