Senior Category Manager – FM Capital and Estates

This is a varied and influential role within KFM’s Corporate & Capital Procurement team, supporting the estates, facilities and capital projects that underpin daily hospital life.
You will take a senior lead across a broad portfolio covering areas such as capital works, backlog maintenance, estates safety, reactive maintenance, hard and soft FM, and major service contracts. Current projects include a new £18 million hotel services contract and multi-million-pound minor works and reactive maintenance programmes, with opportunities to shape new lotting structures, reduce supplier risk and deliver better value for the Trust. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, strong stakeholder relationships and procurement that makes a practical difference every day.

Senior Category Manager – Workforce, Corporate and IT

This role sits at the heart of KFM’s Workforce, Corporate and IT procurement activity, supporting the services and systems that enable the Trust to operate effectively and continue modernising.
You will lead end-to-end procurement across a diverse portfolio, from workforce transformation, digital rostering and job planning solutions, through to corporate services, IT systems, cloud infrastructure, cyber security, automation and digital transformation programmes. Working with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, you will deliver value for money, innovation, compliance and social value, while helping shape support functions that improve operational efficiency, staff wellbeing and the patient experience.
