Its strategy is built around three overarching goals:

Create a high-quality integrated care system with the population of north west London

Develop a sustainable portfolio of outstanding services

Build learning, improvement and innovation into everything we do

Together, these support Imperial’s wider promise:

Better health, for life.

An organisation looking ahead

Imperial continues to invest in its hospitals and services while planning for their longer-term future.

Its three main hospital sites — St Mary’s, Charing Cross and Hammersmith — are included in the Government’s New Hospital Programme. This includes a full rebuild of St Mary’s and major refurbishment and some new-build development at Charing Cross and Hammersmith.

For these Estates and Facilities appointments, that means joining an organisation balancing the needs of a complex live healthcare estate with significant future investment and transformation.
