Lead Estates Capital Projects across the Trust, with responsibility for the strategy, planning and delivery of a complex Trust-wide capital programme. You’ll manage the Capital Projects team, oversee projects ranging from £5k to more than £20m and manage annual capital budgets of over £20m, while working with clinical and operational leaders to turn investment into safe, compliant environments that support patient care. You’ll also influence longer-term estate strategy, capital priorities and how Imperial’s estate develops for the future.

You’ll drive a technical and outsourced workforce, while working with senior clinical and operational leaders to ensure medical technology continues to meet the changing needs of patients and services.
