This is why we are very excited to announce the appointment of Deborah Costall as our first part-time recruitment consultant. This flexibility was one of the key reasons behind Deborah joining IEG.

“I heard about the working culture at Insight from Rob [Parker], Jonny [Smith] and Joe [Warne] and it sounded perfect for me. I have a lot of commitments as a busy mum of 3, but as the kids get older and are close to all being of school age, I felt the time was right for a career change.”

Deborah makes the move to IEG after 12 years working in insurance where she relished and excelled at building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

“The focus on long-term relationships at Insight matched my skillset really well, but I also felt I could learn and develop a career – something that was key for me as I entered a new stage in my life.”

Deborah joins a close-knit team in Cheltenham who have helped her hit the ground running.

“There’s a strong positive team vibe in the office each day and you really feel like people are looking out for each other and there isn’t a fixation on chain of command and hierarchy.”

Deborah will be focusing on NHS and public sector recruitment covering a wide array of roles from portering managers up to contract managers, and everything in between.
