“This is What a Good Manager is” – Insight Bolster Operations Team with New Compliance Officer, Farzana Ali

We want team members who fit into our way of working and that we believe can grow and flourish whilst working at IEG. Farzana Ali joining the company was no different.

Once you have the right person fit, everything else falls into place, and that has been exactly the case with Farzana who is up and running managing her own candidate caseload in record time, putting her 8 years of fast-paced compliance experience to effective use.

Farzana will be casting her forensic eye over compliance packs and ensuring that all candidates and clients can be sure that everything meets framework requirements and that the onboarding process is as smooth as possible!
