Happy International Women’s Day!

This year at Insight Executive Group, we’ve done something a bit different. Normally, we love to shine the spotlight on the fabulous women we engage with across our Property, Estates, Procurement, Digital, and Governance sectors. But for International Women’s Day 2025, we’ve turned the lens on ourselves to see how we can individually and collectively contribute to the theme of #AcceleratingAction.

So, what impact can we have as a recruitment agency? And do you know what? We realised we really can make a significant difference. From Operations to advertising, from tweaking internal policies to reviewing the organisations we work with, from enhancing our training programs to reshaping our marketing and mentoring approaches — every little change counts towards creating a more equitable future.

In Operations, we’ve committed to proactive gender bias training and revising recruitment processes to ensure fairness. Our marketing team is focused on promoting success stories of women in underrepresented fields to inspire and attract more diverse talent. Our recruitment teams are dedicating efforts to elevate women in our sectors by connecting them with key professional networks and events for greater visibility.
