As Insight Executive Group and the companies within it continue to scale across the UK and North America, we’re delighted to announce the appointment of David Drummond as Non-Executive Finance Director across all four of our businesses.

David brings with him over 30 years of financial leadership and board-level insight, having held senior roles at a well-known global recruitment organisation as Regional Finance Director responsible for operations across the UK, North America, and emerging international markets. His experience spans both public and private sector finance, with a proven track record of supporting ambitious, values-led businesses through periods of growth and change.

Since stepping away from full-time executive roles, David has worked closely with recruitment businesses as a trusted advisor, providing strategic financial guidance that balances governance, sustainability, and commercial foresight.

At Insight Executive Group, David’s remit will be to help shape long-term strategy, strengthen financial governance, and ensure the group remains robust and agile as it continues to evolve.
