We’re excited to share some fantastic news: Katie Yianni, who has been with the company for three and a half years, has been promoted to Operations Director at Insight Executive.

A quick look at Katie’s journey

Katie joined us in July 2021, and her talent didn’t take long to shine. Within three months, she became part of the Senior Management Team – a testament to her immediate impact. After stepping away for maternity leave in October 2022, Katie was welcomed back into the offices in July 2023 and was soon promoted to Head of Operations in January 2024.

Making a difference: Katie’s key achievements

Under Katie’s leadership, our operations have reached new heights. Here are some highlights:

• Team growth: Expanded operations from two part-time compliance officers to a team of seven full-time professionals.
• Efficiency boost: Streamlined onboarding processes, reducing average turnaround time from 17 days to just 5 days.
• Scaling up: Successfully onboarded 19 new team members, strengthening our companies across various departments.
• Strategic moves: Coordinated four office relocations: two in Cheltenham, one in London, and one in Manchester.

These improvements directly enhance the experience for our clients and candidates by ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently, with significantly faster onboarding turnaround times across the group.

Leading the charge

Katie now oversees the operations of eight critical departments, including Finance, Marketing, HR and Recruitment, Learning and Development, Compliance, IT, Office Management, and Events.

Her role as Operations Director ensures that every department is aligned for success, further solidifying our foundation for growth.
