Insight Executive Group (IEG) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Kyle Hookway as a Consultant in our Public Sector Property and Facilities Management team. Kyle joins us with a commendable two-year tenure in recruitment, during which he has cultivated an impressive network among candidates and clients within the NHS and broader public sector.
Kyle’s journey to IEG is marked by his reputation and previous collaborations on various campaigns, making him a notable figure in the industry. This recognition led to a conversation with Managing Director, Robert Parker, who saw the potential for Kyle’s expertise to flourish within James Herron’s team at our Manchester office.
Reflecting on his introduction to IEG, Kyle shares, “I was immediately struck by the culture at IEG. You say you’re a family-first organisation, and you mean it. Within a couple of weeks, I had met all the directors on a one-to-one basis and spent time with my future colleagues in the Manchester office. I knew IEG would be a great fit for me.”
Since his arrival, Kyle has wholeheartedly adopted IEG’s unique recruitment methodologies, which distinguish us from our competitors. Under the mentorship of James Herron, and peers such as Anna Shenton, George Hutcherson, and Harry Allen, he has honed a consultative approach that not only enriches his professional experience but also enables him to engage directly with clients and candidates through site visits—a new and rewarding aspect of his career.
Kyle’s contributions have not gone unnoticed; he has already made several successful placements, much to the delight of his network. Moreover, his commitment extends beyond professional achievements to corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, starting with our Easter Giving campaign in collaboration with the Manchester Foundation Trust Charity. Kyle and the Manchester office team will be distributing gifts to children at Manchester Hospitals this Easter, a testament to the collective effort and spirit of the IEG team.
“Bringing Kyle Hookway into our team has been a strategic move that we’re all excited about,” said James Herron, Principal Consultant – Estates and Facilities. “Kyle’s deep understanding of the public sector, especially within the NHS make him an invaluable addition to our team in the Northwest, Northeast, and Yorkshire territories.”
Outside of his professional life, Kyle is a fervent enthusiast of Greek mythology, often indulging in related literature and travel, and has even dedicated a tattoo sleeve to various mythological figures. His dedication to personal growth is evident in his recent adoption of the 5 am club, prioritizing a healthy lifestyle to enhance his productivity and focus.
At IEG, Kyle will concentrate on public sector Estates and FM across the Northwest, Northeast, and Yorkshire, serving sectors such as the NHS, education, and local councils. His expertise and passion position him as a valuable asset to our team and to the clients and candidates he will serve.
For those interested in exploring public sector FM opportunities, Kyle Hookway can be directly contacted at 07939 824739 or via email at kyle.hookway@insightexecutive.co.uk. Join us in welcoming Kyle to the Insight Executive Group family where we are confident he will continue to thrive.
