With an impressive twenty-year tenure in recruitment, Chris’s journey from Building Services Design to Hard FM recruitment has honed his expertise in the FM Service market, making him a valuable asset to our team.

Adam Drewery, IEG’s FM Service Providers Manager, praised Chris’s deep understanding of engineering and facilities management, stating, “Chris’s rich knowledge base positions him perfectly to meet our clients’ needs.”

Chris is happy to share that he joined IEG having been drawn to the collaborative culture within the group, and the mature, network-sharing ethos encouraged by co-founders Rich Collins and Nick White. His decision to join was solidified by the genuine interest and people-led approach of IEG, reflecting his values.

Six months in, Chris’s experience with IEG has exceeded his expectations, finding the team environment even more rewarding than anticipated. The environment is working for him as Chris has made several senior-level placements since joining Adam’s team, from Operations Director, Account Director, and Electrical Manager, as well as managing several retained campaigns for his trusted (and very grateful) network.

Outside of work, Chris is a devoted father and an enthusiastic football fan, supporting Charlton and occasionally kicking a ball himself too. He also enjoys playing golf with friends when time allows, and recently joined colleagues at IEG for an early morning 10k park run.

Chris is focused on mid-senior level roles within the FM Service Provider market and is keen to connect with professionals looking for new opportunities.
