James Herron: Manager, Public Sector Property, FM, and Governance
James joined IEG in January 2021, during a lockdown that did not deter his spirit or commitment. Fresh from a whirlwind wedding with just three hours notice (you can find out why here), he brought his extensive experience and knowledge from several years in the Estates and Facilities sector to serve our clients in the Midlands and the North. Over the years, James has significantly expanded his team and broadened his desk to oversee Corporate and Clinical Governance, continuously adapting to the changing market dynamics and showcasing an impressive ability to strategise and lead.

Harry Allen: Manager, Public Sector Property and FM
In London, Harry Allen was promoted to Manager of public Sector Property and FM. A former professional rugby player, Harry has brought the same determination, teamwork, and competitive edge from the sports field to his role at IEG. Since joining us in December 2021, he has not only expanded his professional network and desk but also taken a lead in several company-wide business development initiatives. His infectious camaraderie has been a constant source of motivation across our offices.
