Insight Executive Group restructures to support expansion with the appointment of a new CEO.

Recently we announced our partnership with Hyperion Partners – property and housing recruitment specialists, expanding our Insight family and further diversifying our recruitment portfolio.

It is because of our ambitions to further expand, that we are creating a structure that will accommodate our growth plans.

As a result, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Richard Collins as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. Richard will be responsible for ensuring the successes of the Insight main business, Hyperion Partners and Insight Executive Search.

This is a significant milestone in our ongoing organisational transformation aimed at fostering an even more inclusive environment and building a broader range of closely integrated market specialisms.

The restructure accommodates our growth ambitions to continue to welcome smaller, independent recruitment businesses, with aligned values and services, to join the IEG family.
